Recipe #1- " Fresh!" -Veggie Blend

Here is a very simple and very healthy juice recipe to make in less than 5 minutes! 

This one is called " Fresh "...simply fresh tasting, light & hydrating! (great after a workout or drink all day)



 This recipe will give you (2) 8oz portions

"FRESH"

2 Granny Smith Apples
2 Cucumbers (if not Organic, make sure you use a peeler and remove the waxy skin & tip the ends!)
3 Zucchinis (tip the ends!)
1 large bag of Spinach
